Presenter’s Guidelines
The presenting author (listed as the first author) must be registered for the conference. The presenting author should ensure all co-authors are aware of the contents and agree with the submission of the abstract for the conference.
Abstract Guidelines
- Each author can present one abstract only (oral presentation or poster).
- Abstracts submitted for oral presentation should preferably be original research work.
- Abstracts already published or presented at previous conferences should not be submitted.
- Abstracts may be submitted for oral/poster presentation (committee decision is final).
Content Specifications
- The title of the abstract should preferably be brief.
- All abstracts to be in English and entire text should be within 250 words.
- Avoid the use of tables, graphs, images or references in the abstract.
- Abstracts cannot be modified after final submission.
- Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Acknowledgement mail will be sent within a week of receiving the abstract.
- Send a copy of the abstract and scanned copy of registration fee receipt to fetovision2024@gmail.com
- Time limit for oral/ video presentation is 6 min followed by 2 min discussion time.

- PDF file in landscape orientation
- 1 page
- Orientation : landscape layout 16*9 and save it as a PDF file
- Font types : Arial, Calibri, Verdana, Times New Roman or Helvetica
- Font size >11
- Hyperlinks, animated images, animations and embedded videos are not permitted
- Images and tables: at least 200 dpi. Good picture quality is essential.
- When inserting images, photos, tables etc. use copy paste. Do not use embedded documents.
- Avoid overlapping objects/ layers. Only the final view will be considered
